MIXED MARTIAL ARTS - MMA
Here at Lethal Edge MMA, our Mixed Martial Arts program incorporates several different martial arts and techniques such as Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, grappling, and much more. Although MMA is a combat sport, self-control fairness and respect for your opponent and training partners is greatly enforced and emphasized in our training.
Our experienced instructors are dedicated to giving you the best training possible! Our program includes intense cardio, strength and conditioning workouts as well as drills to learn and improve striking-, kicking- and blocking techniques.
Our carefully developed curriculum allows for our students to learn at their own pace and at the same time feel as though they are progressing on their way to becoming a black belt and beyond. Here at Lethal Edge MMA, we believe becoming a black belt doesn’t just mean wearing the belt; it’s a state of mind that reflects good character which includes a positive attitude, self-control, discipline, good habits, and leadership.
KRAV MAGA - Self Defence Training
Although Krav Maga (Self Defence Training) shares many techniques with other martial arts, such as karate, boxing, savate, kick boxing, Jiu Jitsu, judo, kobudo and wrestling, the training is often quite different. It stresses fighting under worst-case conditions or from disadvantaged positions (for example, against several opponents, when protecting someone else, with one arm unusable, when dizzy, or against armed opponents).
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU - BJJ
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century.
Lethal Edge MMA’s Boxing coaches will work you into shape utilizing jump rope, pad work, heavy bags, and sparring. Lethal Edge MMA trains both professional and amateur fighters so you can be rest assured that the technique and workouts you will learn are the same as the Pros’.
