In our K1 and Muaythai program, you will receive a fun, high-energy, cardio workout! Our expert instructors not only teach basic and advanced punching and kicking skills, but also strength and conditioning techniques used by many professional athletes. If you’re looking to lose weight or tone up while having fun, then this class is definitely for you!

 

No person-to-person contact is involved in beginner classes, so it is safe for adults and teenagers alike.

 

Prior martial arts experience is not required — we have beginners, intermediate, and advanced students classes. We guarantee you will be punching and kicking your way into better shape, and having a great time while doing it!

 

Our experienced instructors are dedicated to giving you the best training possible! Our program includes intense cardio, strength and conditioning workouts as well as drills to learn and improve striking-, kicking- and blocking techniques.

 

We have chosen the style of Kickboxing because of experience. Experience in competition and many years of training in a variety of different martial arts taught us about what works and what does not. Students interested in concentrating on full-contact stand-up techniques and looking to get in the best shape of their life, should look no further than our highly effective Kickboxing program. Special care is taken to teach students proper form and body mechanics to eliminate injuries while training.

 

Our beginner classes places an emphasis on the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits of Kick Boxing while learning effective self-defences strategies at the same time. The advanced classes focus on furthering the development of an individual through either competition and/or our assistant coaching certification course.

We have beginners, intermediate, and advanced students in all our classes and our instructors work with our students to meet each and everyone’s individual needs.

KRAV MAGA - Self Defence Training

 

Although Krav Maga (Self Defence Training) shares many techniques with other martial arts, such as karate, boxing, savate, kick boxing, Jiu Jitsu, judo, kobudo and wrestling, the training is often quite different.
